Can I get a custom design made?
We, at Astu specialize in making custom designs. You can customise the gold karat and the diamond colour-clarity combination as per your choice. In case you do not have something specific in mind, our team would be happy to understand your requirements and make a few recommendations accordingly.

Is it possible to see the pieces in person?

For customers in other cities, we can schedule a video call to help them take a closer look and answer any questions that they might have.
Where is your jewellery made?
Every Astu piece is handcrafted by our expert artisans ourworkshop.
Does Astu have a catalogue?
We don't currently offer a traditional catalogue, our digital doors are always open! Explore our collections online, on our website as well as on Instagram and in-store.
Do you take old gold?
Yes, we do take old gold back. However, we will be able to do that in person or at the store.
Do you have jewellery for men?
Yes, we make jewellery for men. You can connect with us to explore options for rings, pendants, cufflinks, buttons etc.
What is the estimated delivery time?
All products are specially crafted and the delivery time will vary from product to product. However, the maximum delivery time for all of our products is 25 days. You will receive an email or a SMS indicating the estimated delivery time.
What is the exchange/return policy?
We do not offer a return policy on products that are custom made or with engravings. However, our doors are always open to remaking any products made by Astu. The value of the initial gold, diamonds and gemstones will be retained in your new design.
How do I make a payment / what payment methods are accepted?
Astu offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: RTGS/NEFT/IMPS, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, Payment Links, Wallet Payments and Cash on Delivery. All credit / debit card details remain confidential and private. Irasva and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information
What if there is a problem with my purchase?
If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece, we'll repair it free of charge In case a piece is damaged by you, we'll be happy to repair it for you for a minimal fee.
